This Privacy Policy explains what information StashGrid collects when you use our website and the StashGrid insert designer, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using StashGrid you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account data. When you create an account we store the details you provide (such as your email address) and authentication records through our database and auth provider, Supabase.
• Usage analytics. We use MixPanel to understand how the designer is used — for example which tools are placed and which features are opened. This data is aggregated to improve the product.
• Error and performance telemetry. We use Sentry to capture errors and performance traces so we can diagnose and fix problems. We have disabled the collection of personally identifying information in Sentry by default.
• Feedback. If you use the in-app feedback chat (powered by Typebot), the messages you send and any details you choose to share are stored so we can respond and improve StashGrid.
• Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your designer preferences, and support the analytics and error tools above.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and secure your account, provide and improve the insert designer, diagnose technical issues, understand product usage in aggregate, and respond to feedback and support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Data processors

We share data only with the service providers that help us run StashGrid — currently Supabase (account data and authentication), MixPanel (product analytics), Sentry (error and performance telemetry), and Typebot (feedback chat). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics and error telemetry are retained for a limited period in line with our providers’ defaults, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also delete your account, which removes your associated account data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as StashGrid evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
