Glock Factory Case inserts.
Create a 3D-printable replacement insert using the Glock Factory Case profile. Arrange supported gear digitally before exporting a custom STL.
Know the insert dimensions
| Insert | Width × length × depth |
|---|---|
| Base Layer | 266 × 222 × 26 mm |
These measurements come from the same case models used by the designer. They describe digital geometry, not a measured fit tolerance or a guarantee of the finished print.
A shallow, shaped insert
This profile uses the factory-case outline rather than a rectangular box. Its 26 mm model depth leaves less room for deep cutouts than the other current case profiles. Inspect your selected gear and the exported geometry carefully; choosing a Glock profile is not a guarantee that every firearm or accessory configuration fits this case.
Use the Case menu to select Glock Factory Case. Switching cases replaces the current layout after confirmation when gear is present. Your current design is saved in this browser; there is no cloud library of designs.
Choose a matching gear profile
The shared library currently includes G17 Gen5, G17 Gen5 MOS, G17 Gen6 Standard, G19 Gen5 Compact, G19 Gen5 MOS Compact, G19 Gen5 A-CUT, G19 Gen6 Compact, G43X MOS Subcompact, G48 MOS Compact, G45 Gen5, G45 Gen5 MOS, G45 Gen6 Compact, G45 Gen5 A-CUT, G49 Gen6 Standard. Check the exact variant, attachments, and placement in the designer. Library availability does not establish physical compatibility with every case or layout.
You can move and rotate gear, undo changes, and switch between perspective and planning views. The tool checks placement against the case outline; it does not certify printer tolerances or the physical result.
Plan the print
The model is 266 mm wide and 222 mm long before slicer placement. Compare its actual outline with your printable area, including brims and any keep-out zones. Rotation may help on some printers; otherwise split the model in your slicer and check the joint placement.
Physical print validation is still in progress. Choose a material for your intended conditions, inspect the sliced layers, and test fit before relying on the finished insert. No universal filament, support setting, or friction-fit guarantee applies to every layout.
